Shipping Policy

At Naleya, we are committed to processing and delivering your skincare products with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

Naleya currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the United States, please check back for future updates as we continue to grow.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your order, shipping address, and available carrier options.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders and locations.

Expedited orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after processing. Please note that expedited shipping times begin after the order has been processed, not immediately after the order is placed.

Free Shipping

Naleya may offer free shipping on qualifying orders or during special promotions. Any free shipping offer, minimum order amount, or promotional shipping terms will be displayed at checkout or on the website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, sales, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing, when available

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Naleya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours, as some packages may be marked delivered shortly before arrival. You may also check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, leasing office, or local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@naleya.store for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Naleya may be unable to ship to certain restricted addresses, including some P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or locations where carrier service is unavailable.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional delivery time. Expedited shipping may not be available in all locations.

Naleya is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@naleya.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when possible to help investigate the issue.

Stolen Packages

Naleya is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are missing, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@naleya.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box or packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation and product availability.

8. Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@naleya.store.

We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

9. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Naleya due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
