At Naleya, we want every customer to feel informed and confident when placing an order. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations may apply to one-time purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and other special purchase options offered on our website.
1. One-Time Purchase Orders
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel a one-time purchase, please contact us immediately at support@naleya.store with your order number.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Subscription Orders
If Naleya offers subscription-based purchase options, customers may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, in their customer account, or by contacting us at support@naleya.store.
Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, that order cannot be canceled. The cancellation will apply to future subscription orders only.
3. Pre-Orders
If Naleya offers pre-order products, the estimated shipping or availability date will be provided on the product page or at checkout.
Pre-orders may be canceled before the order begins processing or before the item is prepared for shipment.
Once a pre-order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
4. Auto-Renewal or Recurring Purchase Options
If you choose a recurring purchase option, you authorize Naleya or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout.
You may cancel future recurring charges by managing your subscription through your account or by contacting us before the next billing date.
Canceling a recurring purchase option does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed, billed, or shipped.
5. Discounted Bundles, Promotional Offers, and Special Purchase Options
Orders purchased through bundles, promotional offers, limited-time discounts, or special purchase options may be subject to additional terms shown at checkout or on the product page.
If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it upon request.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
8. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Prepared as part of a special offer or limited promotion
Due to the personal care nature of skincare products, opened, used, or tampered-with items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once delivered.
